The company Genius Travel is organizing a Black Friday promotional campaign offering a €150 gift voucher for future travel services. Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of the following terms:

1. Promotional Period (Booking Validity)

• The offer is valid exclusively for new bookings made from 20/11/2026 up to and including 30/11/2026 (23:59).

2. How to Participate & Eligible Participants

• The offer applies to every booking (regardless of the number of people per booking) made either online via the Genius Travel website or by phone through the reservations department.
• Upon successful completion and full payment/deposit of the current booking, the customer automatically receives one (1) unique €150 Voucher for their next trip.

3. Voucher Redemption Terms (Next Trip)

• The €150 voucher applies exclusively to a subsequent trip and cannot be offset against the amount of the current booking that unlocked the gift.
• It can be redeemed for any organized tour of Genius Travel taking place within the year 2027.
• No minimum spend: The voucher can be used freely, without requiring a minimum booking value for the next trip.
• Only one (1) voucher per new booking is valid in 2027. Vouchers cannot be combined on the same booking.

4. Receipt & Usage Procedure

• For online bookings: The unique voucher code is sent to the email address provided by the customer during booking.
• For phone bookings: The code is sent via email or SMS from customer service.
• To redeem the voucher in 2027, the customer specifies it either during their online booking or by mentioning it over the phone to the sales representative.

5. General Terms

• The voucher is transferable (it can be used by a relative or friend provided the code is disclosed), but cannot be redeemed for cash.
• In the event of cancellation of the initial booking (the one that granted the voucher entitlement) by the customer, the voucher entitlement is automatically revoked.
• Genius Travel reserves the right to amend the terms of the offer or terminate it early in case availability is exhausted, always by publishing a relevant notice on its website.
