With a flight to Cairo, the capital of Egypt and one of the world's largest metropolises. As you leave Europe behind, a world of contrasts unfolds before you — thousands of years of history, vibrant rhythms, and images unlike those of any other city.
Arrival in the afternoon, meeting with the local representative, and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

We begin with the medieval Citadel of Saladin, one of the city's most important landmarks, offering panoramic views.
We continue to Old Cairo, an area with a strong religious and historical character, where we visit the Church of Saint George and important monuments connected to the history of the area.
This is followed by a visit to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), where the experience reaches its peak with the Royal Mummies Hall.
The day concludes with a walk through the colourful Khan El Khalili, a vibrant world filled with images and aromas.

After breakfast, for those who wish to participate, an optional departure is offered for one final encounter with Egypt's history.
Our first stop is the ancient capital of Memphis, where we will see the impressive alabaster Sphinx and the imposing Colossus of Ramesses II.
We continue to Saqqara, the most important necropolis of ancient Memphis and the place where the concept of the pyramid was born.
Here stands the famous Step Pyramid of Djoser — the first pyramid ever built in Egypt, created by the brilliant architect Imhotep.
A lunch stop and time for the final views of Cairo before the transfer to the airport for the return flight.
